4. Equipment quantities

Rough numbers are fine; we’ll confirm against your quote. Our panels are 2.4 m wide × 2.1 m high (hot-dip galvanised, 150 × 60 mm anti-climb mesh, about 10 kg), on concrete-filled bases (about 26 kg) with galvanised clamps. For metres of fence, divide by 2.4 and round up. Gates, stays and other accessories are available on request.

Installation may involve driving or drilling pins, pegs or stakes into the ground. Lodge a free BYDA enquiry at byda.com.au at least 2 Business Days before installation. BYDA plans usually don’t show private services within your property, so these must be located and marked separately (clause 10).

I understand installation may involve driving or drilling pins, pegs or stakes into the ground; that Queensland Fence Hire may refuse or delay installation without BYDA confirmation; and that the Hirer is liable for, and indemnifies Queensland Fence Hire against, all damage to underground services and resulting costs and claims (except to the extent caused by Queensland Fence Hire's negligence). *
